O-Rings VULC (vulcanized joint)

We deliver also O-rings made of O-ring cord with hot vulcanized joint.

Costs and time is saved because no mould is needed. Vulcanizing makes it possible to create almost any size of O-ring. There is practically no upper limit for inner diameter. Minimum inner diameters can be found in Table 1.

Tolerances

The cord used for vulcanized O-rings is much more exactly measured than standard O-ring cord. Tolerances for cord thickness can be found in Table 2. Tolerances for inner diameter can be found in Table 3.
